Rene Marie Russo, an American film director and actress who was once a supermodel is also a director of films. Rose was a fighter against Carla Esparza in April 2015 for the Women's Strawweight Championship. She won the fight via technical knockout in just 3 minutes after the start of the round. This was the first ever women to compete in a title fight with any major organization worldwide. Namajunas had a number of wins following this fight and received the title of Performance Of The Night by UFC in her fights against Joanna Jedrzejczyk.
